To financially secure the interest of our housing partners, we offer two (2) options:
- Co-Applicant Option: We are prepared to offer a personal guarantor, where our managing member would serve as a qualified credit and background-approved co-applicant on leases secured by The Exodus Ambiance.
- Single-Applicant Option: Our managing member can serve as the sole applicant on a lease, on behalf of The Exodus Ambiance.
