We are prepared to leave a business credit card on file of any incidentals not covered by a security deposit! THAT’s just how certain we are that you will be pleased at the end of any lease, and encouraged to continue our relationship with a renewed lease.
Our housing partners are vendors with the County, offering added security and confidence in both payments and upkeep.
During the term of a lease, we assure that we will have the home thoroughly cleaned and inspected between occupant use.
